You can make delicious Apple Basket using apples, which have vital vitamin and minerals and milk, which is rich in calcium and wheat flour, which has carbohydrates, all healthy.

2 apples, 1 tbsp breast milk, ½ cup wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, water as needed, salt as per taste
1. Wash and peel the apple. Cut into small pieces.
2. Cook the apple pieces in little water and mash them.
3. In 1 tsp ghee, add the wheat flour and saute for 3-5 minutes.
4. In a vessel, warm water. Add the wheat flour, salt and keep stirring on a medium flame. If required, you can add little water to adjust the consistency. Please ensure no lumps are formed.
5. Add milk and give a good mix for 2 minutes. Once the mixture starts to thicken, switch off the flame and spread the apple mixture on a greased tray.
Cut into small squares and Apple Basket is ready for a perfect evening snack or dessert to relish.
