Getting to eat fruits can be a pain. That’s why we have for you this wonderful and healthy recipe for Apple Bread Rolls. Apples are rich in iron and vitamins.

8 slices White Bread, 5 cups apples finely chopped, 1/2 cup Sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1. In a saucepan, add apples, sugar, salt, lemon juice and cinnamon, and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes till apples are soft and tender. Cool and set aside.
2. Roll the bread very thin using a rolling pin. Brush the butter on both sides of the bread.
3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of filling over the bread slice leaving ¼ inch border all around. Roll up the bread with the filling into a cylinder.
4. Lightly butter all around and grill on skillet over medium heat. Keep turning them, making sure rolls are evenly browned all around. Serve hot.
