Apple Coin Cakes

Apple Coin Cakes are a very healthy dessert.It is rich in nutrition like sodium and carbohydrates. Ingredients to make Apple Coin Cakes:

2 eggs, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup honey, 8 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup sweet condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups maida, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 large apple

Steps to make Apple Coin Cakes:

1. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degreesand butter and flour a cake pan.

2. Cream together the eggs, sugar and honey until fluffy and lightened in color using your hand or mixer. Beat in the butter, the condensed milk and the vanilla

3. In a separate bowl, sift together the all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet batter.

4. Peel, core and dice the apple. Toss the apple pieces with a teaspoon of flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake.

5. Fold the apple pieces into the batter and pour into the prepared cake pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a cake tester or toothpick comes out clean.

6. Allow to cool before removing from the pan. The prep time is 30 min and 20 min cooking time.
