Apple pomegranate juice is a highly nutritional drink and can easily be prepared at home. It combines the nutritional benefits of apples and pomegranates. Apples are rich in potassium, dietary fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and magnesium and pomegranates are rich in potassium, dietary fibre, protein, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Ingredients: 2 large apples, 2 large pomegranates, 2-3 pinches of black salt, ice cubes.
Steps:
1. Deseed the pomegranate and keep the arils aside.
2. Peel and core the apples. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.
3. Extract juices from both the fruits one by one. Filter and pour them out into tall glasses.
4. Add a pinch of black salt and serve.
