This is a South Indian curry that is very delicious and easy to make with the combination of vegetables and spices. Add medium sized chopped vegetables to retain the beautiful colour of vegetables that gives it an appealing taste.

2 tbsp grated coconut, ½ tsp cumin seeds, water, ½ cup drumsticks, ½ cup French beans, ½ cup carrots, ½ cup yam, ½ cup red pumpkin, 1 chopped raw banana, ½ cup green peas, ½ cup brinjal, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste, ½ cup curd, coconut oil for cooking, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 5-6 curry leaves
1. Take all the ingredients and 2 tbsp of water in a mixer. Blend them all and keep aside the smooth mixture.
2. In a pan, combine drumsticks with 3/4 cup of water and cook it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Stir well.
3. Add all vegetables, salt and ½ cup of water and mix gently. Cook them for 6 minutes on medium flame and stir well.
4. Add the paste of spices, curry leaves and 1/4 cup of water and cook for a minute on medium flame.
5. Add curd and grated coconut to the mixture and cook well for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
