    Carrots, wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder

    Steps to make Baby Carrot Poori:

    1. In a bowl, sieve the wheat flour. Add salt,turmeric powder and make into smooth dough with enough water.

    2. Wash and clean carrots and finely grate them. Squeeze the carrots to remove excess water.

    3. Add to the dough and knead again. Roll into small pooris and deep fry in hot oil.

    Relish plain or with your favorite sabzi!
