Baby Sausage Pizzas

Make your own pizza at home, easy to prepare and have a choice to add toppings of your own and eating colored veggies also. It contains capsicum, which has good amounts of vitamin C and antioxidants, which help in boosting immunity. It contains mozzarella cheese, a great source of vitamin B2 and vitamin B3. It also is a good source of vitamin D, which is needed for calcium absorption which is needed for the bone health of your little one.

Ingredients to make Baby Sausage Pizzas (1 serving):

Baby spinach -25gms, Italian sausage -100gms, capsicum -50gms, olive oil -10ml, pizza dough -60gms, onion -50gms, mozzarella cheese-500gms, salt to taste, pepper to taste

Steps to make Baby Sausage Pizzas:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Roll the pizza dough into a circle shape and place on pizza stone or pan. For a crispy crust, bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

3. While crust is baking, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in medium pan over medium heat. Slice sausage casing open and take out sausage meat, discarding casing. Brown in pan for 8 minutes breaking sausage up with the back of a spoon.

4. Once pizza crust is cooked, take out of oven and brush with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

5. Arrange sausage, onion, baby spinach, capsicum Sprinkle cheese on top.

6. Cook pizza for 10 minutes or until cheese is brown in color.

Serve this yummy pizza to with some ketchup and chili flakes.
