Badam Laddoos are rich sources of vitamins and minerals. They are an excellent source of vitamin E. It protects and restores cell membrane integrity of mucosa and skin from harmful effects of oxygen free radicals.They are also an incredible source of minerals such as manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Potassium helps muscles to move, nerves to work, and kidneys to filter blood. Calcium is essential as it helps body to function and improves ability to think. Magnesium helps to prevent and fight migraine and headaches and also helps in improving heart health.

80 gm chopped almonds, 50gm powdered jaggery, 20gm grated coconut, 1/4 tbsp ghee, 10 raisins, a few roasted nuts
1. Dry roast the chopped almonds and keep them aside. Add jaggery in a pan of hot water and dissolve it. Bring it to boil. After few minutes strain and simmer the mixture until it starts to thicken.
2. Add ghee, raisins and almonds. Stir them well and remove from the flame.
3. Take portions from the mixture and quickly roll them into small balls using your hands.
Delicious and healthy Badam Laddoos are ready!
