A summer cooler drink often served in North India is perfect to relieve the summer stress. The fruit is rich in Vitamin C and fibre and offers relief from constipation.

2 bael fruit, water, 3-4 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp black salt, ½ cumin seeds powder
1. Break the fruit into two pieces or more and take out the pulp from them.
2. Soak this scooped pulp in water for 15-20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, mash the pulp using veggie masher or by hand.
4. Pour small portion of mixture on to strainer and strain it using water. Mash it while straining.
5. Collect the strained juice in big vessel.
6. Add sugar to the strained juice. Add more if required.
7. Pour the juice in a glass and add black salt and roasted cumin seeds powder as per taste.
Mix well and serve cold. Make it healthier by mixing it in milk.
