Though it is available in every namkeen shop nowadays, but making Bajra Suhaali at home is both healthy and amazing. It is crispy and is usually stored in every Rajasthani family. It is easy to make and loaded with healthy carbs, and your kiddo would love it!

½ cup bajra, ¼ cup sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon ghee, ½ spoon lemon juice, 1 spoon sugar
1. Put all the ingredients into the bowl.
2. Knead it with water in to a soft dough and then make small balls from that.
3. Roll it like small circles.
4. Heat the pan and fry it in high flame
5. Then keep it on a tissue paper so that the extra oil is absorbed on the paper.
6. Store it in a jar and serve.
Bajra Suhaali is ready to make your occasion more special and make everyone happy with its taste.
