Banana Cutlet tastes sumptuous and your child will just love every bite of it. Raw banana is loaded with vitamin C, B6, and dietary fiber.

4 green bananas (raw banana), 2 tsp. garlic and ginger paste, 1 tsp. garam masala, ¼ tsp. turmeric powder, ½ tsp. red chili powder, 2 tbsp. arrowroot powder/corn flour, refined oil as required for frying, 1 tsp. Lemon juice, 2 big size onions chopped, required semolina for coating, salt to taste.
1. Boil the green bananas, peel the skin, mash them and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan; add onions, sauté, add ginger garlic paste sauté till the raw smell fades away. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the mashed green banana into it, sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from flame and add garam masala, corn flour, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into flattened disks.
6. Coat with semolina and shallow fry until they are golden brown both the sides.
Serve them to your child with his favourite chutney.
