Banana Pie is an amazing dessert, which you should certainly try for breakfast. Banana is a favourite fruit of most of us and it is good for health too. It helps to relive constipation and has all the essential vitamins.

3 ripe bananas, 2 cups milk, 1/3 cup wheat flour, coconut oil, ½ cup sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, sunflower seeds, baking soda, baking powder, salt
1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees.
2. In a bowl , add wheat flour, 2 cups of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
3. Mix well till all the ingredients combine.
4. Add the powders, sunflower seeds and half cup sugar . Add a pinch of salt. Mix very well.
5. Grease a baking tray with butter.
6. Pour the mixture on to the tray and bake for half an hour.
7. Allow to cool a little bit and garnish with bananas.
Refrigerate and serve it chill.
