These all contribute to the proper functioning of the body and keeping your baby healthy.

Bananas, jaggery, soymilk, water
1. Chop ripe bananas and combine with jaggery and soymilk in a mixer.
2. Pour into a glass/ bottle and serve.
Add more water to adjust the thicknes according to your liking.
