Barley water is very beneficial. It not only cleans the toxins but also prevents the little one from getting dehydrated. It keeps the body cool and hydrated and intestenial tract clean and improves the digestive system. Hulled Barley is the best quality barley and beneficial for consumption.

Contents
1/4th cup Barley, 3 cups water, sugar, and lemon juice as desired
1. Pour water in a saucepan and bring it to boil, then add barley to it (it is adviced that it is better if the barley is soaked in water for few hours prior to this).
2. Let it boil on low flame for atleast 30-45 minutes till the barley starts to change its colour and becomes slight pinkish.
3. Then add little sugar and squeeze in a few drops of lemon.
Barley Water with Lemon is ready to be served.
