    Ingredients to make Basil Jelly:

    1 cup fresh basil leaves, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 cups water, 6 cups sugar, 2 packet liquid pectin

    Steps to make Basil Jelly:

    1. Keep basil, vinegar and lemon juice in a pan for about 10 minutes.

    2. Add water in pan and allow it to heat almost to a boil. Add sugar and stir well.

    3. Bring it to hard boil. Add pectin, stir, and boil again until jelly point is reached.

    4. Remove from heat and remove basil leaves and foam if any.

    5. Pour the jelly into hot sterilized jars; seal them, and process for 10 minutes in boiling water.

    Cool it before serving.
