    Ingredients to make Beetroot Gojju:

    Beetroot, water, curry leaves, peanut powder, oil

    Steps to make Beetroot Gojju:

    1. Pressure cook the beetroot for 10-15 minutes. Roughly mash it and keep aside.

    2. In 1 spoon of oil, add curry leaves and peanut powder, saute for few minutes.

    3. Add mashed beetroot, mix well

    Serve hot!
