Is your kid a fussy eater? Try out this tangy dip, which can be served with almost every snacks.It is made from the seasonal fruit rich in antioxidants, which helps in strengthening of bones, teeth, and digestive system, builds immunity. Your kid will surely relish it.

15 green ber/Indian plum, ½ cup chopped fresh mint, 3/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp salt ,1.5 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 5 cashews, 2 tsp chopped green chiles, and a pinch of asafoetida
1. Wash and destone the plum and chop into medium size pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar with 3-4 tbsps. of water and grind to make a fine paste.
3. Take out in a bowl and refrigerate it.
Serve with rotis, parathas, or bread.
