    Ingredients to make Berry-Licious Sorbet (1 serving):

    Peaches-50gms, strawberries-50gms, raspberries -50gms, blueberries -50gms, lemon juice -10ml, sugar -100gms

    Steps to make Berry-Licious Sorbet:

    1. Puree peaches, strawberries, blueberries and raspeberries in a blender until smooth.

    2. Combine water, lemon juice, and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, keep stirring, until sugar has dissolved.

    3. Stir the syrup into the fruit puree. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until cold, for about 4 hours.

    4. Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Let it soften slightly before serving.

    Serve this refreshing sorbet and relish it!
