Besan is rich in protein and many vitamins and minerals as well. It can easily be used who require a change of taste. Try this dish today!

Besan, whear flour, grated carrot, oil as required
1. Mix besan and wheat flour with water in a bowl. Make a batter which has dosa batter consistency.
2. Add grated carrot to this batter with salt
3. On a hot tawa, grease with oil and pour a ladle of the batter to make cheela.
Cook till golden brown and serve hot!
