Besan Paratha

Besan Paratha is a tasty, simple and healthy dish that can be given in breakfast or lunch. It is loaded with fiber, iron and vitamin B complex. Toss it with ghee and you will love the taste.



    Ingredients to make Besan Paratha:

    1 cup whole wheat flour, ½ cup besan, 2 tbsp hung curd, salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, a pinch of hing, lukewarm water.

    Steps to make Besan Paratha:

    1. Mix all the ingredients accept water and ghee in a large and deep bowl.

    2. Knead a smooth dough using lukewarm water as needed. Keep aside.

    3. Pinch a ball sized dough and roll it using rolling pin.

    4. Cook it on hot tawa using ghee.

    Serve the hot parathas with green chutney and curd.
