You can prepare tasty Big Green Capsicum Bajji. These bajjis taste delicious. Capsicums have a crunchy texture and are a good source of vital vitamin and minerals and dietary fibre. Besan has adequate protein. All in all, a crunchy and a tasty treat.

    Ingredients to make Big Green Capsicum Bajji:

    1 big green capsicum, ½ cup besan, salt as per taste, oil for frying, water as required

    Steps to make Big Green Capsicum Bajji:

    1. Wash the capsicum and cut into long pieces.

    2. In a mixing bowl, add the besan, salt and water. The consistency of the batter should be little thick.

    3. In a kadai, pour oil for frying the bajjis. Switch on the flame and warm the oil. Don’t over heat.

    4. Dip the capsicum pieces in the batter and gently put them in the oil. On medium flame, fry the big green capsicum bajji on both sides till they turn crisp and golden brown.

    The snack is ready to devour and enjoy.
