Black Sesame Seed Laddoos are high in proteins, amino acids, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. They help in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Contents
1 cup black sesame seeds, 1/3 cup jaggery
1. Wash the seeds in a lot of water thoroughly.
2. Drain them for 5mins. Dry them for 3 to 4 hours.
3. Toast them on a tava at a medium flame. Cool them completely. Filter them.
4. Powder the seeds and add jaggery. Run the mixer for a minute.
5. Make small balls and set aside.
Not only are these laddoos healthy but also tasty.
