Add a little twist to your regular pasta and make it healthier and more nutritious. The broccoli pasta not only offers a fantastic taste but is packed with nutrients as well. Broccoli strengthens the immune system and is good for eye-sight too.

    Ingredients to make Boiled Broccoli Pasta:

    1 cup boiled pasta, 1/2 cup blanced broccoli florets, salt, perpper, cheese, olive oil

    Steps to make Boiled Broccoli Pasta:

    1. Bring water to boil in a pan and add pasta, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp oil and stir. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    2. Once the pasta becomes tender, turn off the gas and drain the excess water. Set aside and let it cool.

    3. Blanch the broccoli florets in separate pan.

    4. Heat the wok and add 1 tbsp olive oil. When hot add salt, cheese and pepper to taste.

    5. Add broccoli and smash any large pieces to break up. Add pasta and toss well. Serve in pasta bowl.

    Spread grated cheese over it and enjoy.
