    Ingredients needed to make Boiled Toddy Palm Root:

    Toddy palm root, water

    Steps to make Boiled Toddy Palm Root:

    1. Rinse the palm roots well.

    2. In a pressure cooker, add the roots, and add water till roots are covered.

    3. Bring it to a boil.

    4. Once it starts boiling , cover the cooker and cook for two whistles.

    5. Once the pressure subsides , open the cooker and transfer the roots to plate.

    6. Once the roots are cool, peel them, and remove the hard portion if any.
