Wheat flour – 2 cups, rice powder – ¼ cup, pumpkin – 500 gm boiled and pureed, roasted carrom, coriander, and cumin powder – 2 tsp, ginger paste – 1 tsp, asafoetida - ¼ tsp, oil – 2 tbsp, salt to taste, oil for deep frying
1. Combine wheat flour, rice flour, carrom, coriander and cumin powder, ginger paste, oil, pumpkin puree and salt, to form a dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
2. Roll small puris from the dough and deep fry. Serve hot with sabzi.
