Bombay Veg Sandwhich - a wholesome meal to prepare when you are short of time. Beet is rich in iron, calcium, vitamins and potatoes provide carbs.

1 boiled potato sliced into rounds, 1 beetroot boiled and thinly sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 1 onion sliced, 1 capsicum sliced, chaat masala to sprinkle, 4 bread slices, butter, green chutney
1. Butter the bread slices evenly.
2. Now spread some chutney over the buttered side of both the bread.
3. Arrange all the veggies on one bread slice; sprinkle chaat masala.
4. Cover with other bread slice. Apply some butter over it.
Grill the sandwich before you serve.
