Turn the ever-boring bottle gourd into yummy fritters and become a fan of bottle gourd. The bottlegourd is rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, vitamin A and C.

1 cup grated bottle gourd, 4 tbsp besan, 1 small onion chopped, 1 tsp coriander leaves, asafoetida, black pepper, oil
1. Squeeze out all the excess water from grated bottle-gourd.
2.Mix together the grated bottle-gourd, onion, salt, asafoetida, besan, coriander leaves, black pepper.
3. Heat oil in a large deep pan for frying. Make small balls out of mixture.
4. Deep fry these smalls balls on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve these amazing Bottle Gourd Fritters with ketchup. You can add these fritters in a gravy to make it a main-course dish.
