A quick and easy to make item, Bread Crispies are a wonderful snack item to be served to your child. The little one will definitely relish its taste. It contains healthy fats.

4 bread slices, 1/4 cup suji, 1 tomato chopped, 1 onion chopped, 2 green chiles chopped, a handful of coriander leaves chopped, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, oil
1. Remove the corners of the bread slice and cut them into 4 pieces.
2. Take suji in a deep bowl; add salt, red chilli powder, onion, tomoato, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well. Let the juice of tomato blend the suji with other items. Sprinkle little water if necessary.
3. Heat oil in a skillet, Coat the bread slices in suji paste and deep fry them.
Serve hot with ketchup.
