Poha is a great snack made both in north and south India! It is rich in iron, vitamin B, carbohydrates, and proteins and easy to digest as well. Serve it as a breakfast or a snack!

    Ingredients to make Baby Breakfast Poha:

    Poha, lemon juice, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, peanuts, cashews, oil as needed, salt to taste

    Steps to make Baby Breakfast Poha:

    1. Wash and soak poha in water for 15 minutes.

    2. Drain water completely. Add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and mix well

    3. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, peanuts and cashews and saute for 5-7 minutes.

    4. Add the poha now to the pan and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with coconut and raisins and serve hot!
