2 cups grated cheese, 1 1⁄4 cups flour, 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
1. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
2. Make teaspoon size balls from the dough and flatten them slightly to form cookies.
3. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
