Ingredients to make Cake Pops:

Any flavor crumbled cake- 4 cups, Any frosting - 1 cup, Milk Chocolate Chips – 2 cups, Vegetable Oil – 2 tblspn, Lollipop sticks – 15, Sprinkles for decorating

Steps to make Cake Pops:

1. Take crumbled cake in a bowl, add frosting and mix well. Knead gently to a soft mix.

2. Take small portions and shape into a smooth round balls.

3. Arrange on a parchment or foil lined plate and chill for an hour.

4. Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave. Remove from heat and stir gently. Add oil and mix well.

5. Push the lollipop sticks into the cooled balls.

6. Coat the balls in the melted chocolate and arrange on a parchment. Before completely dry, sprinkle over some sprinkles. Set in a cool place. Serve fresh.
