Dosa is fermented pancake and is rich source of carbohydrates providing your baby with enough energy to carry out various functions. Dosa is also low in calorie and fat making it a healthy option. The presence of capsicum helps to boost immunity.

Dosa Batter - as required, 2 capsicum - Deseeded and cut into triangles, 1 large onion - Chopped length-wise, oil - as required, salt - as required.
1. Take a pan and pour some oil, once the oil is warm enough then add onion and tomato to saute them. Once a little soft add some salt to it and once the masala becomes dry stir fry it and keep it aisde.
2. Now take a dosa pan and once the pan becomes hot, pour some dosa batter and spead it across the pan in a circular motion.
3. Drizzle few teaspoons of oil on the edges and simmer for sometime so that it can roast properly. Then fold the dosa as it turns brown.
Super yummy Capsicum Dosa is ready to be served!
