2 cups diced capsicum, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 20 gms roasted chana dal, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste
1. Grind the cumin seeds, garlic, coconut and roasted gram to a smooth powder. Keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds.
3. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and capsicum and cook on a medium flame till the capsicum is soft.
4. Add the coconut powder, salt and mix well. Serve hot.
