Are you craving for something crunchy and appetizing? This super simple Capsicum Ring dish full of nutrients such as vitamin C and vitamin A will make you love it.

Contents
2 cups capsicum rings, oil for deep-frying;
For the Batter:
½ cup maida, 5 tbsp cornflour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp pepper, salt to taste, 3/4 cup water
1. Mix all the batter ingredients to make a smooth thick batter.
2. Dip capsicum rings in the batter and deep-fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Serve immediately.
