On the lookout for a new and healthy snack idea? Here we bring you a great recipe for Capsicum Rings. Capsicums are loaded with Vitamin C, Vitamin A and protein.

2 capsicums sliced into rings. For the Batter: 1/2 cup maida, 5 tbsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, salt to taste, 3/4 cup water, oil for deep-frying
1. Mix all the batter ingredients together to form a smooth and thick batter.
2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip capsicum rings in the batter and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour. Serve immediately.
