This crunchy cutlet is rich in carbohydrates. It is full of nutrients as it has carrots and baby corn in it. It is a great substitute for junk food. Prepare this dish as an evening snack.

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped boiled mixed carrots and baby corn, oil for deep frying. To make a smooth mixture use water along with ½ cup chopped coriander, 1/4 cup grated coconut, ½ cup finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped green chilies and salt to taste.
Steps:
1. Make a mixture of mixed vegetables, fresh bread crumbs and a little water to make a smooth dough.
2. Now make balls of equal size out of the dough and press it flat.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry it till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce.
Give this healthy and irresistible snack a try and serve it.
