1 cup grated carrots, 2-3 tbsp methi leaves chopped, Salt to taste, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2 cups flour, water for dough, oil for frying.
1. Mix flour, salt and water to form a dough.
2. Take grated carrots in a bowl & mix it well with methi & all dry spices.
3. Make small balls with the dough and stuff with the filling.
4. Roll into parathas and fry with a little oil till done. Serve hot.
