    Ingredients to make Carrot Blast Smoothie:

    2 carrots, 1 cup curd, 2 spoon powdered ground nuts, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Carrot Blast Smoothie:

    1. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.

    2. Then blend it in a mixture and mix the curd then also grind it for a while.

    3. Then pour it into a glass and put the powdered ground nuts.

    4. Add salt as per your taste to it and mix it well.

    5. Keep this for sometime in refrigerator and then serve it cool.
