This Carrot Chaat will surely be a hit. It is packed with the vitamin A present in carrots and tanginess of lemon adds vitamin C.

Carrots 4 medium sized, mustard seeds 1 tsp, 1 tsp sesame seeds, oil 1 tbsp, a pinch of turmeric powder, asafoetida, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt as per taste
1. Wash, peel and dice the carrots into small cubes.
2. Bring water to boil in a deep pan, add carrots and par boiled them. Drain the excess water
3. In a non stick pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
4. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder and saute for a while. Add carrots.
5. Saute carrots. Once done switch off the flame and add lemon juice and toss well.
6. Before serving, garnish it with sesame seeds.
This carrot chaat will temper your taste buds in a healthy way.
