Prepare this healthy and delicious Chana Chaat to add all the nutrients your meal without compromising taste. Chana dal is rich in fiber, calcium, and folate. Not only easy to make but this is also a great recipe to surprise your child with.

1 cup soaked and cooked chana dal(drain water if any), 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, ½ cucumber chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, boondi and sev to sprinkle on top, coriander leaves, 1 small boiled and cubed potato
1. Take soaked and cooked chana dal in a deep bowl. Add chopped onion tomato, cucumber.
2. Add tamarind pulp, chiili, cumin powder, chaat masala, potato and mix well.
3. Add honey and toss well.
4. Garnish it with boondi, sev and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately this sweet and tangy Chana Chaat!
