    Ingredients to make Chana Dal Seekh Kebab:

    ½ cup chana dal, 3 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, ½ tsp ginger paste, 1½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp garam masala, oil for greasing, and cooking

    Steps to make Chana Dal Seekh Kebab:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add the chana dal and sauté on low heat for 3-4 min. Cool and grind to a powder.

    2. Heat the remaining 2 tbsp of oil, add the cabbage and coriander leaves and sauté on a medium flame for 1-2 min.

    3. Remove from the flame and blend to a smooth paste. Add the chana dal powder, salt, ginger paste, chaat masala and garam masala and mix well.

    4. Shape small flat balls from the mixture. Cook the kebabs on a medium flame using a little oil till they turn golden brown. Serve with chutney.
