    Ingredients to make Chatua:

    1 cup beaten rice, ½ cup bengal gram, 1 cup sago, 1 cup oats, daliya, 1/4 cup peanuts

    Steps to make Chatua:

    1. Roast all the ingredients separately.

    2. Grind all the ingredients. Sieve them and mix together.

    3. Add peanuts and store the powder in an airtight container.

    4. Have a spoon of mixture in dahi or milk.

    Serve chilled.
