Sandwiches make a great snack option, as they are very versatile. You can make them with all kinds of healthy fillings. This Cheese Corn Sandwich is full of carbohydrates, calcium and protein.

    Ingredients to make Cheese Corn Sandwich:

    ¾ cup sweet corn boiled, ¼ cup cheese grated, 4 slices whole-wheat bread, 4 tsp green chutney, 2 tsp butter

    Steps to make Cheese Corn Sandwich:

    1. Mix the corn and cheese together.

    2. Spread green chutney on the bread slices. On top, spread 2 tbsp of the corn cheese stuffing.

    3. Cover again with another bread slice spread with green chutney.

    4. Butter the outsides of the sandwich. Grill or toast on a tawa. Serve hot with ketchup.
