Bored of serving with boring chicken curry or egg omlette? Make food more colourful and tasty with this super food recipe. Eggs are the richest protein sources and one of the best as well helps in growth, development, and repair. Sausage is rich in all vitamins especially vitamin B12 that is not found in the plant foods. Vitamin B12 is necessary for brain development and proper functioning.

2 eggs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 slices of italian saussage, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
1. In a bowl break 2 whole eggs and beat well with a pinch of salt.
2. On a pan pour the eggs and place the sausage slice on it and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
3. Allow it cook and the add grated parmesan cheese, allow the cheese to melt and then serve it with some tangy sauce.
Easy cheesy Italian sausage omlette is all set to enlighten your face!
