Here you have a really simple dessert but nectareous and healthy too for your kid. The little one will be fully satisfied eating this jelly. Cherry is rich in vitamin C and contains B vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin, and vitamin B6.

Contents
2 cups sour cherry juice, 2 tbsp. water, 1½ tsp. dry pectin powder, 1½ cups sugar
To prepare the Cherry Juice:
1. Crush the cherries through a sieve to collect the pulp into a bowl.
2. Place the pulp in a large saucepan adding water to it.
3. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Place a cheese cloth on a colander and pour the prepared fruit into the colander and let drip into bowl without squeezing until all juice has strained.
1. Measure exactly 2 cups prepared juice into large saucepan. Add pectin powder and mix well.
2. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat. Lower the flame to medium and add in sugar and stir continuously till the sugar dissolves. Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and skim the foam. Pour immediately into jelly moulds or warm sterilised jars. Let it cool down in room temperature until set.
Offer it to your child to relish the cherries in another form.
Every parent thrives on giving the best of everything to their kids. Proper future planning will ensure your kids and family are well-guarded against things that could go wrong.
A balanced mix of strategies ensures your family is well-prepared for any challenges ahead. Start by reviewing life insurance quotes to find suitable options.
