Chhachha is a chutney made from raw mangoes. They add a lot of flavour to your taste buds. Raw mangoes are a good source of antioxidants and help to combat digestive problems. It can be included in the diet to add more flavour to their food also.



    Ingredients to make Chhachha:

    2-3 raw mangoes, 2 big onions, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, sugar

    Steps to make Chhachha:

    1. In a mixer grind raw mangoes and onions in equal quantity coarsely.

    2. Add chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and sugar as per taste. Grind again.

    Mix well and serve.
