Chi al meh is a dish from the north east where apparently the vegetarian options are limited. Chi al meh means vegetable soup. All natural flavours of vegetables filled in a bowl, this dish is surely going to be a hit. Try it out on a cold day or in fact any day when you are craving for some yummy soup!

Contents
2 potatoes roughly chopped, 1 cup green peas, 1 cup chopped French beans, 2 tomatoes roughly chopped, ginger paste, salt to taste, coriander leaves for garnishing
1. In a large bowl, add all the vegetables along with ginger paste.
2. Add salt to taste
3. Boil for 10 minutes
4. Garnish with coriander leaves
5. If you want it spicy, you can add seasonings of your choice.
Serve and enjoy the flavours of this delicious soup.
