When preparing meals, baking is a great option, as it is far healthier than frying. These Chicken Bites are baked and full of protein.

2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, 1⁄2 cup olive oil, 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic paste, 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs, salt to taste
1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Coat chicken with the breadcrumbs. Arrange on a baking tray.
3. Bake 10 minutes at 200C until brown. Serve hot with ketchup.
