Try our recipe for Choco Til Laddus. Til or sesame seeds are an excellent source of valuable minerals and vitamins, such as copper, manganese and Vitamin B.

Ingredients to make Choco Til Laddus:
1/2 cup cashewnuts, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/3 cup grated jaggery, 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Steps to make Choco Til Laddus:
1. Roast sesame seeds on low flame. When seeds change the color, remove from heat.
2. Roast cashew nuts and cool.
3. Grind cashew nuts and sesame seeds to make a coarse powder.
4. Add grated jaggery to it and blend again.
5. Form small laddus from this mixture.
6. Melt dark chocolate. Dip each laddu into the chocolate and place on a tray.
7. Refrigerate laddus for 45 minutes and serve once chocolate is set.
What a yummy delight these Choco Til Laddus are!
