    Ingredients to make Chocolate Cheesecake:

    2 tbsp paneer, 100 gms fresh cream, 100 gms dark chocolate, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 3 tsp powdered sugar, 2 tsp gelatine, 5 to 6 chocolate biscuits , crushed, 1 tsp butter

    Steps to make Chocolate Cheesecake:

    1. Crush the biscuits and add butter to make a dough. Press this mixture into the base of a loose bottomed cake tin and refrigerate for 30 min.

    2. Combine the paneer with cream in a pan.

    3. Melt the chocolate along with milk and pour it into the cottage cheese-cream mixture.

    4. Add cocoa powder and sugar to the same pan.

    5. Make the gelatin solution by adding it in 4 tsp of hot water and mix it well. Add this to the pan.

    6. Remove the cake tin from the fridge and add the contents of the pan on top of the chocolate layer.

    7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or till set. Serve chilled.
